Chat & Munch accepts cash, check, and credit card. Payment is due at time of service.

Chat & Munch does not bill commercial insurance. We focus on developing a plan of care that is specific to the child according to his/her needs without the burden of gaining insurance approval.

Chat & Munch will review speech and/or feeding evaluations only if completed within 6 months. If results available provide enough information, we may be able to begin services. If additional testing is needed, the therapist can discuss options with you.

A re-evaluation will be completed every 6 months which will allow the therapist to assess progress and determine new goals of treatment.

The fee for a re-evaluation is $ 120. Standardized tests and/or criterion referenced instruments are administered, and a new written report is developed, which includes progress seen during previous period of treatment.

When the circumstances allow, parent may be present in the session. We firmly believe that coaching parents is a crucial aspect in the child’s progress towards goals and the generalization of skills across different settings. However, if the child has difficulties engaging with therapist when parent is present, we may ask the parent to sit outside the room and feedback of the session will be provided at the end.
